Welcome to MemoZen. By downloading, installing, or using the MemoZen application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
MemoZen is a voice note-taking application that allows you to record audio notes, which are automatically transcribed and analyzed using artificial intelligence. The App provides features including:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use MemoZen. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may sign in using your email or through third-party authentication providers such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
MemoZen offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment will be charged to your account through the platform's payment system (Apple ID for iOS, Google Play for Android) at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to accept or decline the new price before it takes effect.
You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcriptions, and other content you create using MemoZen ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services (transcription, analysis, storage).
You agree not to use MemoZen to:
The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by MemoZen and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
MemoZen uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:
Audio transcription is performed on our own servers and is not shared with any third party. Your use of the above third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
MemoZen is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MemoZen and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MemoZen at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are between you and MemoZen only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
These Terms are between you and MemoZen only, and not with Google. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refund requests for Google Play purchases should be directed to Google Play support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
